Cooking was a different matter. I am one of five siblings, so I definitely learned to cook before leaving home. Growing up, Mom always had dinner on the table at 5:00. Right away, in my own home, I saw the need for a family dinner. A solace after a day apart. A practical way to repair frayed nerves. Finding my own cooking style has been years in the making. I try to find the most delicious recipes I can for the least amount of effort.
